Dominica is a development practitioner with more than 10 years of experience. She has worked with 4 different development organizations since 2013. She worked as a marketing and income generating officer for a livelihood project (resilient and sustainable livelihood transformation) for 4 years. She also worked for Peg Ghana for 1 year as gender coordinator in their climate change project. Dominica is currently working with COGINTA as grants manager where she supports three CSO to manage grants and implement activities. She is specialist in marketing and skilled in the production of shea butter and soap. She also does trainings on business development and plans as well as records keeping. Her highest educational certificate is master’s in environmental security and Livelihood Change. She is committed to volunteering especially to women and children.
