Livelihood Empowerment for Rural Women and Youth

We embark on Livelihood Empowerment programs in Sustainable Agriculture for Women and Youth in deprived communities in Ghana. Visionary Buluk organizes skill and entrepreneurship training programs for youth and women in rural communities to give them employable and or self employable skills. This includes Soft skills in the Agricultural green space. We train and sensitize smallholder farmers on climate resilient agronomic practices and other opportunities in the Agricultural value chain. This provides decent work and work for the youth, as well as prevent them from travelling to urban areas in search of non-existing jobs. That is, contributing to “Farming the rural poor out of poverty“.

Social protection for the MOST Vulnerable (Women, Children and People With Disabilities),

Visionary Buluk, advocates and organize programs to protect and or support the vulnerable in society, especially women and children. We organize Community and School level Educational Programs for women and school children respectively to educate them on their legal and economic rights. Visionary Buluk assist Women and Children in reporting offences against them for redress. Through projects such as “Your Health Matters” and “Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)”, We keep contributing immensely to good family health in rural Ghana.
