Ernest Alaazy is the Executive Director and founder of the Organization. He is an Environment Health and Safety Manager with a decade of experience. Passionate about environmental sustainability and DEI, he holds a BSc. Physics degree and various leadership certifications. Currently leading Visionary Buluk Organization, Ernest oversees strategic planning, financial management, and advocacy efforts. His previous roles include HSSE Coordinator at Ghana Petroleum Mooring Systems and HSSE Manager at Oiltanking Ghana. Committed to volunteerism and community support, Ernest focuses on vulnerable groups. He is a technical member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) in the UK and serves as the Secretary of the IOSH Accra District.
Ernest has the desire to make a difference by volunteering in underserved communities to make a significant direct impact to the lives of underprivileged communities and persons and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
