Visionary Buluk in collaboration with NILARA of Navi Manufacturing, a clothing brand based in Accra donated brand new clothing to Disabled children and children of persons living with disabilities (PWDs) in the Builsa North District of the Upper East Region of Ghana. The Builsa District is one of the most deprived in the Northern part of Ghana and to a larger extend, the Sub-Sahara region thereby worsening the plight of the vulnerable.

DONATION TO BENEFICIARIES

Visionary Buluk Organization has as one of its core mandates social protection especially women, children and People With Disabilities. It is in line with this mandate that Miss Dominica Kafari a mentor for ladies/women at Visionary Buluk in handing over the items to the president of People With Disabilities (PWDs) in Builsa North Mr Francis Ana-ngouk said as a youth group with the interests of the less privileged at heart, the donation of the clothing is a token to help children living with disabilities and their caregivers as the amount that was intended to buy clothes for their Children or the disabled children will be channelled into another venture to help the family.

Visionary Buluk received these brand new clothing from NILARA, Navi Manufacturing as part of their Corpoate Social Responsibility for onward donation. Visionary Buluk asked to partner with the Builsa North PWDs Executives to gather data on all children with disabilities to help Visionary Buluk and other well meaning organisations who intend supporting the disabled children with data for easy planning and budgeting.

Mr. Francis Ana-ngouk President of the PWDS in Builsa North in receiving the items thanked Visionary Buluk for the donation and promised to get the data of all disabled children in the District in order to assist in planning and budgeting.

Mr. Asekabta Gilbert immediate past president of the PWDS in Builsa North thanked Visionary Buluk for coming to the aid of disabled children in the District and prayed for God’s protection and guidance to members of the group.
